Variable Tuition

If you think you cannot afford a quality private Montessori education for your child, Variable Tuition may help.

A child’s education is a long-term investment in your child’s academic, social, and emotional future. The T.E.C. Schools is committed to making enrollment accessible to families from a wide range of financial circumstances.

Variable Tuition is offered for our Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, and Middle School programs. Variable Tuition is not available for Children's House.

Variable Tuition at T.E.C.

The Variable Tuition program enables students in grades 1-8 greater access to an education at The T.E.C. Schools by customizing tuition based on each family’s ability to contribute to their educational expenses and individual financial situation.

Families must re-apply for variable tuition each year to represent their current economic profile. The T.E.C. Schools Admission Team determines tuition awards based on a family’s entire financial profile — not solely income.

Talk to our Office Administrator for details of the Variable Tuition awards. The T.E.C. Schools aligns with SchoolRIGHT Group – BeneFAQ (Benevolent Financial Aid Qualification) to provide variable tuition to families to make tuition affordable. BeneFAQ reviews each family’s financial information. All information remains secure and confidential. BeneFAQ then provides The T.E.C. Schools with an unbiased Family Anticipated Contribution Total (FACT) report. The Director of The T.E.C. Schools determines if a variable tuition award may be provided to the family. Families are notified via School email of any award.

Contact the T.E.C. Schools Director for the 2024-2025 Protocols and Policies for Variable Tuition.
